This is a summary of our Returns policy as described in our general Terms & Conditions (sub. 7: returns and costs).

If you find something has gone wrong or if you no longer want the products you’ve received, please feel free to contact us directly within 14 days of receiving your order.

Please be aware, as these are semi-medical products, that we cannot provide refunds for any boxes that have been opened or otherwise damaged. If, however, your box is still sealed, please do get in touch with our service team and we will grant you a refund. In the unlikely event that you’ve received defective lenses, please contact us immediately and we’ll send you replacement lenses.
